About the Team
Empowering Creative Expression

Meet The Founder
Ashley Tate Song
President & CEO, S.E.L.A.H. Conservatory
Ashley Tate Song is a creative entrepreneur, multimedia producer, educator, and faith-driven leader with over 15 years of experience in performance, storytelling, media production, and youth engagement.
As a native of Brevard County, Ashley understands firsthand the limited access to professional-level arts education within the region. As she approached high school, she had to leave the county to pursue advanced performing arts training. That experience shaped her long-term mission.
After building a professional background in acting, production, and leadership, Ashley returned home with a clear vision: create the creative infrastructure in Brevard County that she once had to seek elsewhere.
S.E.L.A.H. Conservatory was founded from that vision, to provide structured, values-based arts education that develops communication, confidence, leadership, and sustainable career pathways.
As President & CEO, Ashley oversees:
• Strategic vision and long-term growth planning
• Curriculum development and instructional standards
• Community partnerships and sponsorship initiatives
• Career advancement alignment through S.Y.O.C.A.
• Program sustainability and expansion planning
